Lisa Kouzes

Lisa Kouzes has a diverse work experience spanning across various organizations. In 2008, they established their own chiropractic practice, AllPoints Integrative Health, LLC, and served as the Owner and Chiropractic Physician. Lisa also worked as an Independent Medical Examiner and Medicolegal Expert Witness from 2008 to 2023.

In 2010, Lisa joined the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners, where they held multiple roles including Ethics & Jurisprudence Exam Review Committee Member, Board Member, and Administrative Rules Advisory Committee Member until 2019.

From 2013 to the present, Lisa has been actively involved with the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards, serving as the Investment Committee Chair, Treasurer, Finance Committee Chair, Policies and Procedures Committee Chair, Fellow/Honorary Fellow, and District I Director. Lisa also previously served as an Alternate District I Director from 2017 to 2021.

In 2020, Lisa worked as a Regional Medical Director at The CHP Group. Since 2021, they have also held positions at the Oregon Health Authority as an Evidence-based Guidelines Subcommittee Member of the Health Evidence Review Commission (HERC), and at the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners as a Practice & Policies Guide Workgroup & Subcommittee Member.

Before starting their own practice, Lisa gained experience at the University of Western States as an Assistant Clinician, Teaching Assistant, and Relief Clinician from 2007 to 2011.

Lisa Kouzes completed their education history with the following degrees and certifications:

- Lisa obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health Practice from OHSU-PSU School of Public Health between 2020 and 2025.

- Lisa earned a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from the University of Western States from 2003 to 2007, but the field of study was not specified.

- Lisa received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2000 to 2002.

- In 1999 and 2000, they attended Colorado State University to study Biology/Biological Sciences, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree there.

Additionally, Lisa acquired certifications in Human Subjects Research (HSR) and Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) from the CITI Program in January 2023.
