Previous positions encompass various dietary roles at YMCA of Greater Boston, Boston Children's Hospital, Caritas St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Morrison Management Services, and Providence Extended Care Center, focusing on diverse clinical nutrition needs across populations. Kristen holds a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University, a dietetic internship from Yale-New Haven Hospital, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Messiah University.
