Eric Hauseman has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Assistant Controller at The Christie Lodge since December 2021. Prior roles include Director of Finance at Colorado Mountain Medical, LLC from July 2019 to January 2022, and Controller at both Colorado Mountain Medical, PC from July 2011 to July 2019, and Marcin Engineering LLC from September 2000 to May 2011. Eric Hauseman holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Accounting from Colorado Mountain College (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology from Valparaiso University (1985-1989).

The Christie Lodge
The Christie Lodge is located in the heart of Avon, Colorado. We are minutes from Beaver Creek Resort and Vail Mountain, two world-class ski resorts. Our diverse property is comprised of both timeshare ownership and hotel suites for travelers. Our one bedroom and three bedroom suites contain a Queen bed in each bedroom, a kitchenette, a private balcony, and a wood-burning fireplace in the winter, and air conditioning in the summer. The Christie Lodge boasts a year-round outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, as well as several indoor hot tubs as well. There are activities for kids, such as ping pong tables and foosball, and a children's activities center with gaming capabilities. Guests can hop on the complimentary skier shuttle at the front of the building to access Beaver Creek Resort.
