Kate Malone has extensive experience in marketing and client services. Kate currently serves as the Director of Marketing & Client Services at The Chronicle of Higher Education. Kate also served as a Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Intelliworks, a CRM platform for higher education marketing and admissions. Kate Malone obtained a BS degree in Business and Marketing from American University from 2003 to 2007. Kate also received a Marketing Certificate from Georgetown University in 2015 and a Marketing Certificate from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Kate has obtained several additional certifications, including the Google Ads Search Certification from Google Digital Academy in 2021, the HTML, CSS, and Web Design Circuit from General Assembly in 2017, the Pragmatic Marketing: Foundations and Market from Pragmatic Marketing in 2014, and the Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language from Instituto Cervantes in 2013.
