Richard Cui

Richard Cui is a data analyst at Duke Impact Investing Group, where responsibilities include investigating data-related business problems and building a data pipeline in SQL and Python to support carbon removal projects. As the founder and editor in chief of STREAM x Youth, Richard has created a publication to bridge the gap between high school and college STEM education, offering opportunities for high school students to engage in STEM writing. Additional experience includes serving as an event photographer for Duke Chronicle and conducting research as an undergraduate research assistant at Brain Stimulation Engineering Lab and Patek Laboratory at Duke University. Richard is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in AI/ML and a concentration in Data Science at Duke University, following a high school diploma from The Cambridge School of Weston. Educational experiences also include participation in specialized mathematics programs at Harvard Extension School, Ross Mathematics Program, and Stanford Summer Session.
