Nicolina Nelson

Nicolina Nelson serves as Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, and Virtual Assistant at The Church Co since November 2021, while also operating as the Business Owner of With Nelson, a company founded to support busy professionals with innovative solutions. Previously, Nicolina held the position of Department Manager at LIFE NZ, managing systems that foster connection within the organization. Additional experience includes roles as Portfolio Coordinator at Paymark and Executive Assistant at MediaWorks NZ and Hillsong Church. Nicolina is an alumnus of Hillsong International Leadership College with an Advanced Diploma of Ministry in Theology/Theological Studies.
