As the Founder of The Church Co since July 2015 and Capture Collab since June 2022, Paul has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Previous positions include Director of Web at Fuzz, Software Engineer at SportsRecruits, and Technical Lead at Agency | Strategic Creative. Paul also held web development roles at Hillsong Church and AMD, along with experience as a Backline Technician at MGB Backline. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the University of Central Florida and an Advanced Diploma of Ministry in Worship & Pastoral Leadership from Hillsong International Leadership College.
