Andrew Farmer

Andrew Farmer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and management. Currently serving as an Associate Minister at The Church of England since September 2020, Andrew previously held multiple roles at Oxford Innovation from September 2009 to April 2022, including Programme Director and Coaching Practice Lead, where the focus was on coaching high-growth companies in Cornwall. Andrew also led as Managing Director at The Shared Value Management Practice, enhancing SME profitability through strategic management practices. Earlier positions include Director of Operations at Carrier Transicold, overseeing global supply chain and manufacturing, and various roles at Carrier Corporation and Unipart, contributing to projects in lean transformation and operational excellence. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Bath, a Foundation degree in Theology from Durham University, and a BSc in Physics from the University of Birmingham.
