Debbie Clinton

Debbie Clinton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Debbie is currently working as the Director for Vision and Strategy at The Church of England, where they oversee various change programs and a team of consultants. Prior to this role, Debbie worked at Church of England as the Director of Renewal and Reform and Emerging Church of England programs, leading transformative initiatives and innovative growth projects. Debbie also served as the Director of Capital Vision at Diocese of London, leading a multi-year strategy for 500 worshipping communities. Before their roles in the Church, Debbie worked at Aviva, where they held various positions such as Director of Marketing, Director of Customer and Brand for Aviva Europe, and Head of Research and Development for Aviva Europe and International. Debbie also worked at RSA as the Head of Underwriting for their regional business in Ireland.

Debbie Clinton earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Trinity College Dublin, where they attended from 1990 to 1994.
