Erica Wilding

Erica Wilding is a dedicated professional with diverse experience spanning various sectors. Currently serving as Curate at St Andrew's & St Margaret's Churches in Uxbridge since June 2020, Erica previously completed an ordination training at Ripon College Cuddesdon from September 2018 to June 2020. Before entering the ecclesiastical field, significant contributions were made at Korn Ferry as a Managing Associate from July 2015 to September 2018, covering senior assignments within the Consumer market, and as a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry Whitehead Mann from February 2011 to July 2015. Erica also held the position of Director at Norman Broadbent from October 2005 to February 2011, focusing on Travel, Leisure & Tourism, as well as senior HR and Finance assignments. Earlier experience includes a role as a Search Consultant at Right International from 1998 to 2005. Erica holds a degree from Cardiff University, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1991.
