Kate Dench

Kate Dench is a seasoned Change Management Specialist currently employed at The Church of England since October 2022. With prior experience as a Change Manager at Abri Group and Radian Group, Kate has developed expertise in managing change initiatives and has also served as a Change Agent at Radian Group Ltd. Additionally, a background as a Community Development Officer has allowed Kate to focus on establishing and nurturing sustainable communities. Prior roles include Patient and Carer Involvement Coordinator at The Stroke Association, where Kate managed projects related to the stroke care pathway, and involvement with the NHS in various capacities, including promoting the organization and leading communication projects. Kate's educational background includes studies at Liverpool John Moores University and City College Southampton in 2018.
