Paul Arnold

Paul Arnold has extensive experience in both ecclesiastical and governmental roles. Currently serving as Priest in Charge and Missional Leader at St Paul’s Church since September 2015, Paul focuses on revitalizing the church community through vision casting and empowering disciples. Previous roles include significant positions at the Cabinet Office, where responsibilities spanned operations lead for major projects, policy development, and programme management, notably in electoral registration transformation and devolution strategies. Paul's background in legal studies culminated in a solid foundation in policy and governance, reinforced by a comprehensive theological education at Ridley Hall College.
