Rev'D Paul Mann

Rev'd Paul Mann serves as the Director and Managing Director of Riffhams Associates Ltd since November 2017, providing technical direction in railway signal engineering, including compliance analysis and safety case development. Concurrently, since July 2018, Paul has been a Priest within the Chelmsford Diocese of the Church of England, supporting ministry at St Luke's Highwoods. With a career beginning in September 1986, Paul has held various engineering roles in the railway sector, including Technical Director at Atkins and Signal Engineer at Network Rail, focusing on safety verification and signal engineering principles. Paul holds a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Control Systems from the University of Leeds.
