Sam Gristwood

Sam Gristwood is an Ordinand at The Church of England since August 2023 and a long-term volunteer with Bridge the Gap Football, which aims to connect young people through football. Previously, Sam served as Head of England South at Alpha International from September 2021 to August 2023 and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Compassion UK between April 2020 and September 2021. Sam has also held roles at Spectrum IT Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, Blackthorn Trace as a Cloud Recruitment Consultant, and Huntress in various consulting capacities. Earlier career experiences include working as a Sales Consultant at David Lloyd Leisure and as a Group Leader for National Citizen Service. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from the University of Chichester, completed in 2017.
