Siu Hei Alvin Lee

Siu Hei Alvin Lee serves as the Strategy Development Manager at The Church of England since October 2018, engaging in diverse areas including retirement housing, pensions, and organisational strategy while co-chairing the Disability Network. Previous roles include Secretary and Adviser to the Interim Support Scheme, overseeing support for survivors, and Projects Officer in the National Safeguarding Team, working on key safeguarding initiatives. Earlier experience spans music coordination and direction in various prestigious institutions, along with a strong academic foundation acquiring a PhD in Music History, Literature, and Theory from UC San Diego, complemented by degrees from the Eastman School of Music and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
