Sonja Drew Mbe

Sonja Drew MBE has extensive experience in the fields of human resources and community service. Since September 2013, Sonja has served as a Licensed Reader for the Church of England. Prior to this role, from May 2016 to March 2021, Sonja held the position of Deputy Head of Senior Staff at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and has also worked as Head of Learning and Development for Central Government from July 2013 to May 2016. Sonja's educational background includes degrees and certifications from Canterbury Christ Church University, the Institute of Leadership and Management, the University of Middlesex, the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and training in Mental Health First Aid.
