Tim Radcliffe

Tim Radcliffe currently serves as Lead Pastor and Vicar at St Stephen’s Shottermill within The Church of England, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Tim was an Assistant Pastor and Curate at St. Paul's Church from July 2020 to July 2023, focusing on establishing a new church community. Tim gained valuable experience as an Ordinand at St Saviour's Church from August 2017 to June 2020, where leadership of social action programs and weekly services was emphasized. Before entering pastoral ministry, Tim had a substantial career at Serco, holding various project management roles from January 2012 to September 2017, including Programme Manager for significant NHS contracts. Tim’s early career included management and consultancy positions at Hornbeam Construction Ltd and Sodexo. Tim holds a BA (Hons) in Theology from Durham University and a BSc in Hotel & Catering Management from the University of Surrey.
