Jeff Isom

Jeff Isom serves as the Managing Director of the Publishing Services Department at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a role held since August 2002, overseeing a team of over 550 professionals responsible for various media productions. Previous positions include Director of LDS.org, where day-to-day digital operations were managed, and leadership roles in Planning & Processes, Publications and Media Project Office, and Design. Isom has a background in web development and instructional design, including experience at Brigham Young University-Hawaii as a web developer and contributions to the Family History Network Inc. and Utah State University, where efforts in web accessibility gained national recognition. Isom holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Utah State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Brigham Young University-Hawaii.
