Jim Butler Cpsm

Jim Butler CPSM, CPPO, currently serves as the Director of Global Sourcing at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where responsibilities include directing global procurement, leading a team of 70 associates, and supporting an additional 90 colleagues. Previously, Jim held the position of Chief Procurement Officer for the State of California, managing a workforce of 240 FTE and overseeing $10 billion in annual procurement. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Procurement Services at Levi Strauss & Co., where Jim managed procurement and supported product launches, and senior management roles at Dell Computer Corp. and Asia Pacific Ventures. Jim holds an MBA with a finance emphasis and a BA in Japanese Language and Literature from Brigham Young University.
