Rachael Kennington

Rachael Kennington is an experienced professional currently serving as the Leader Member Support Manager at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since April 2010, where responsibilities include providing first line support for US and Canada Directors of Temporal Affairs and strengthening relationships with Area leaders. Rachael has also held roles such as Manager of Senior Global Support and Supervisor, contributing to significant efficiencies and cost savings in departmental restructuring, as well as managing day-to-day operations of accounts receivable teams. Prior experience includes positions in billing and customer service at LDS Family Services, Cache Valley Insurance, and Hill Insurance Agency, demonstrating a strong background in operations and customer support. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Consumer Human Development from Utah State University and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College.
