Adam M. Meier is a seasoned executive leader and legal expert, currently serving as a Senior Fellow and Legal Counsel at The Cicero Institute since September 2022. With a robust background in health and human services, Adam has held significant leadership positions, including Director at the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services and Secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services in Kentucky, overseeing large teams and managing multi-billion dollar budgets. Adam’s experience encompasses high-level policy development, strategic planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance public services and programs. An attorney with a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Georgetown College, Adam is also a member of both the Kentucky and Ohio Bar Associations.
