Austin Severns is a Law and Policy Fellow at The Cicero Institute and a Law School Associate at Manhattan Institute. Prior to these roles, Austin served as a First Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps, where Austin was a Communications Officer at various battalions. Additionally, Austin worked as an Election and Voter Registration Aide at the City of Philadelphia. Austin holds a Doctor of Law - JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Supply Chain Management from Fox School of Business at Temple University, and graduated from Wyoming Valley West High School.
