Ann Dennison

Ann Dennison, CPA, currently serves as the Deputy CFO at The Cigna Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ann held various positions at Nasdaq from October 2015 to December 2023, culminating as EVP and Chief Financial Officer, and previously served as SVP and Chief Accounting Officer. Ann's extensive experience in finance includes a significant tenure at Goldman Sachs from September 1996 to August 2015 as Managing Director, and an earlier role as Auditor at PwC from September 1992 to September 1996. Ann Dennison earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from Pace University's Lubin School of Business, where studies took place from 1988 to 1992.
