Christia Alvizo

Christia Alvizo is an experienced Information Protection Specialist at The Cigna Group, focusing on global third-party cyber risk management. In this role, responsibilities include conducting cyber risk assessments, advising stakeholders on risks, and optimizing access review processes. Previously, Christia served as a TECDP intern at Cigna, contributing to identity and access management, vulnerability management, and incident management. Additional experience includes serving as National Director for FIND, Inc., and Vice President of the Filipino American Student Association, along with outreach efforts in STEM at the Vergnano Institute of Inclusion. Christia holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics at the University of Connecticut School of Business.
