Jennifer Coté

Jennifer Coté is a highly experienced IT professional with a focused expertise in Behavioral Health and Agile Product Management. Currently serving as Behavioral IT Tech Lead - Agile Architecture Senior Advisor at Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, Jennifer supports agile scrum teams and has previously held multiple product owner roles within the Cigna organization, where responsibilities included managing teams’ backlogs and project scope. With over 25 years in the healthcare insurance sector, various roles at Cigna have encompassed project management, application development, and claims operations. Jennifer holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and an AA in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac.
