Julie P. Olsen

Julie P. Olsen is an accomplished leader in learning and development, currently serving as the Enterprise Technology Learning & Development Leader at The Cigna Group since April 2021, following roles in technology and operations. Previously, Julie was the Senior Director of Communications for Christy Smith's campaigns in California State Assembly and U.S. Congress from 2018 to 2020. Julie's earlier experience includes significant positions at PwC, where responsibilities included leading market and regional learning initiatives, and serving as a Senior Manager in Assurance Learning & Development. Prior roles with Siebel Systems, Keane CRM Consulting, and Accenture involved education management, change management, and instructional design. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Governance from CSBA. Further education includes coursework at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
