Justin McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin started their career as a Physical Education Instructor at Charter Schools USA, where they received an award for exceeding performance goals and developed engaging lesson plans. Justin then became a Franchise Manager at Anytime Fitness, focusing on digital marketing and achieving monthly sales goals. As an Operations Manager at Target, Justin managed a team of hourly employees and ensured standard delivery was met. Justin later joined Primary.Health as a Project Manager, leading vendor implementation and managing the proprietary SaaS technology. Currently, Justin works as a Program Management Lead Analyst at The Cigna Group.

Justin McDonald attended the University of Central Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on General Studies.
