Vicki Henderson

Vicki Henderson is an experienced operations and business analyst with a diverse background in healthcare and IT services. Currently serving as an Operations Lead Analyst at The Cigna Group since June 2024, Vicki previously held several roles at Kaiser Permanente from March 2015 to June 2024, including Business Analyst Consultant Lead and Senior Business Process Analyst, focusing on member issue resolution within the California and Colorado ACA exchanges.
