Phil Eades

Phil joined The Citation Group in 2021 as part of the Corporate Development team, where he is tasked with delivering value for clients and stakeholders across M&A and partnerships.

Prior to this, Phil was a Vice President at DC Advisory in the Business Services team, where for 7+ years he advised private equity houses and entrepreneurs on a range of sell-side, buy-side and refinancing mandates.
