The City Mission
Jaime Buxton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and youth ministry. Currently serving as Community Engagement Manager at The City Mission since May 2005, Jaime has held various roles including Internship and Volunteer Services Supervisor and Childcare Assistant at Laura's Home Women's Crisis Center. Additionally, Jaime contributes to WCRF Moody Bible Radio as a Pause for Prayer Contributor since September 2018. Previous experience includes a decade as Director of Teen Ministries at Bedford Church of the Nazarene from August 2006 to August 2016. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, awarded in 2003.

For over a century, The City Mission has provided help and hope to Cleveland’s hurting and homeless. Then as now, our work begins with meeting basic human needs of food, shelter, and caring. But with the help of many faithful friends, we are able to give so much more. Simply put, our mission is to provide help and hope to all people through the transforming power of God’s love.
