Hongzhi Qilin is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil and construction engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Engineer for the City of Corona since February 2023, Hongzhi has previously held positions at BKF Engineers and Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. as a Civil Engineer, and at Waber Consultants, Inc. as a Project Engineer. With a career that began in January 2015 at Highlands Engineering, Hongzhi has accumulated significant expertise across various engineering roles. Hongzhi holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, awarded in 2014.
