Julie Kennicutt

Julie Kennicutt is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in budget management and analysis. Currently serving as Deputy Finance Director for the City of Corona since November 2024, previous roles include Budget Administrator for the City of Ontario and Budget Manager for the City of Corona. Prior to these positions, Julie worked as a Senior Management Analyst with the Placentia Police Department, overseeing budgets, grants, contracts, and management of various departments. Julie’s career began at Combined Graphics, where the role of Office Manager was fulfilled. Julie holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University, along with a Certificate in Crime & Intelligence Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
