Rafael Vazquez

Rafael Vazquez has extensive experience in wastewater and water operations, currently serving as a Wastewater Operator III at the City of Corona since October 2019. Previous roles include Wastewater Operator III at Irvine Ranch Water District from June 2015 to August 2019, where cross-training in water treatment operations was conducted for one year. Additionally, Rafael served at the City of Corona from December 2005 to June 2015, contributing to water operations, biosolids dryer operation, and various utilities work involving construction and repairs. Rafael holds a certificate in Management for Public Agencies from California State University, Fullerton, obtained between 2016 and 2017, and is an alumnus of San Bernardino Valley College.
