Brady Scribner

Brady Scribner has extensive experience in emergency management and public health, currently serving as the Emergency Manager for The City of Fargo since November 2021. Prior to this role, Brady worked as the Security & Emergency Preparedness Manager at Essentia Health from November 2015 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as the Strategic National Stockpile/Cities Readiness Initiative Coordinator for Fargo Cass Public Health, where planning for bioterrorism preparedness in a six-county region was a key responsibility. In addition, Brady has worked as an Environmental Health Practitioner, focusing on public health regulation enforcement, food service inspections, and septic system administration. Early career experience includes supervising operations for the U.S. Census Bureau. Academic qualifications include a Master of Geographic Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health, complemented by technical degrees in Computer and Network Technology.
