Eileen Weber

Eileen Weber, AAF, serves as a Guest Lecturer at Purdue University, focusing on the floral industry and career opportunities for Horticulture undergraduates since March 2021. In addition to this role, Eileen has been the 4th Ward Alderman for the City of Lake Forest since May 2020 and Vice President of Lake Forest Flowers since May 2003, overseeing various operational and educational aspects of the floral business. Eileen's previous experience includes guest lecturing at Lake Forest College, serving as a past president of Amberley Woods Condo Association and Lake Forest Caucus, and working as a Research Assistant in both the Plant and Pest Diagnostic Lab and Floriculture. Eileen holds a Master's degree in Business with a focus on Organizational Behavior & Leadership from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Horticultural Production and Marketing from Purdue University.
