Frank Quintana serves as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Miami Beach, having previously held positions as Deputy Chief Information Officer and Division Director of Information Technology System Support. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of System & Support Services for the Miami Dolphins and Sun Life Stadium and as Information Technology Manager at Continental Hospital Supply. Frank Quintana is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Information Technology at Florida State University, expected to complete in May 2024, and is a 2019 graduate of the FBI Miami Citizens Academy.

The City of Miami Beach was incorporated on March 26, 1915. Miami Beach operates on a commission/city manager form of government. The commission consists of a mayor and six commissioners who serve as the policy-making body of the city. The city manager ensures that policies, directives, resolutions and ordinances adopted by the city commission are enforced and implemented. The city manager is also charged with the daily operations of the city.
