Catherine MacDonald

Catherine MacDonald has over two decades of experience in graphic design and communications, currently serving as the Lead Graphic Designer for the City of North Vancouver since November 2012. Prior to this role, Catherine worked as a Graphic Designer on contract for the City of Vancouver, contributing to significant projects such as the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games and various city pilot initiatives. Previous positions include Senior Art Director at Harfield & Associates, where responsibilities involved conceptual development and maintaining high standards in visual execution, and Senior Graphic Designer at A&G Creative Group, focusing on creative concepts and brand management. Catherine also spent a significant portion of their career at The Province Newspaper, excelling as an Editorial Graphics Journalist. Educational background includes a Graphic and Communication Arts Diploma from Douglas College, with ongoing studies at the University of British Columbia.
