Elicia Elliott

Elicia Elliott is an experienced transportation planning professional currently serving as the Manager of Transportation Planning for the City of North Vancouver since August 2022. Elicia also teaches CITY103: Transportation Planning Foundations for Simon Fraser University Continuing Studies. Previous roles include Managing Associate at Access Planning, where Elicia emphasized innovative multimodal transportation solutions, and a Transportation Planning expert at Mott MacDonald, contributing to projects across North America. Earlier positions with TransLink involved various project management responsibilities, including the Millennium Line Evergreen Extension and the South of Fraser Rapid Transit Project. Elicia's career began at Stantec, while also gaining valuable insights from roles at BC Transit and the City of Edmonton. Elicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography from the University of Saskatchewan and a WSET Level 1 Award in Wines.
