Jennifer Draper

Jennifer Draper is an experienced transportation and planning professional with a strong background in engineering and urban planning. Currently serving as Deputy Director of Transportation for the City of North Vancouver since August 2018, Jennifer leads an integrated transportation division focused on creating resilient mobility networks. Prior roles include Deputy Director of Planning & Development and Manager of Transportation Planning at the City of Vancouver, where responsibilities encompassed innovative policy development and team leadership. Jennifer has also worked as a Senior Engineer in various capacities, actively contributing to regional planning and development initiatives. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Queen's University and a Master's in Environmental Studies from York University.
