Larry Sawrenko

Larry Sawrenko has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Larry most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at the City of North Vancouver starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority for thirteen years, where they held the position of Director of Finance & Treasurer from January 2008 to August 2021. Before joining the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, Larry had various roles at the Vancouver Port Authority, including Director of Finance, Manager of Finance, and Financial Analyst. Larry started their career at CIBC as an Account Manager, Independent Business from June 1990 to April 1994.

Larry Sawrenko obtained a Certified General Accountant of B.C. degree from an undisclosed institution. Larry also earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from The University of British Columbia. Additionally, Larry pursued further education and completed a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Toronto.
