James Peters

James Peters, EIT, has extensive experience in civil engineering and construction management. Currently serving as Laboratory Manager at Construction Testing Services since June 2009, James has also held roles such as Laboratory Engineer, Staff Engineer, and Civil Engineering Intern. In addition, James is an instructor and supplemental proctor with the American Concrete Institute since July 2015. James's background includes a long tenure in recreational leadership roles with the City of Pleasanton and supervisory responsibilities as a Referee Supervisor for Catholic Youth Organizations. Earlier roles include Umpire for American Little League and Visiting Dugout Batboy for the San Francisco Giants. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico, which was earned between 2008 and 2014.
