Jenica Zamora

Jenica Zamora currently serves as an HR Technician and previously held the position of HR Program Assistant at the City of Pleasanton since October 2022. Additionally, Jenica has been a Guest Experiences Representative at the Chase Center since November 2019, where responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction and managing ticketing processes for various events. Previously, Jenica worked as a Community Assistant at the University of San Francisco from August 2021 to May 2022, providing customer service and support to residents and visitors. Early experience includes a role as a Seasonal Associate at Amazon Fulfillment Centre in the summer of 2019. Jenica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of San Francisco, completed in May 2022, and graduated from Tracy High School in 2018.
