Sharon Petrehn

Sharon Petrehn is an accomplished Management Analyst with a diverse background in public administration, currently serving the City of Pleasanton since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Management Analyst II, Management Assistant to the City Manager, Acting Deputy City Manager, Acting Assistant to the City Manager, and Deputy City Clerk at the City of Union City from July 2015 to March 2022, as well as positions at Remcho Johansen & Purcell, LLP from September 2010 to January 2015. Sharon Petrehn holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Management from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from San Jose State University, alongside completing the Alameda County Leadership Academy and coursework at Golden Gate University's School of Law.
