Gudrun Johannsdottir

Gudrun Johannsdottir currently serves as Team Manager for Web Product Development at The City of Reykjavik since May 2021, and previously held the position of Web Development Project Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager for Service Design at Reykjavík City Library from October 2020 to May 2021, and various roles in marketing at Icelandic Mountain Guides from June 2009 to August 2020, including Digital Marketing Manager and Brand Manager for Iceland Longer Tours. Gudrun Johannsdottir also has a background in competitive fencing, having been a member of the Icelandic National Team in Sabre and participating in numerous international competitions. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute and a Master’s degree in Comparative Literature from Háskóli Íslands.
