Cynthia Johnson

Cynthia Johnson has over 40 years of experience in the telecommunications and municipal sectors. Currently serving as a Records Tech for the City of Rocky Mount since July 1984, Cynthia has developed extensive expertise in records management. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as a Long Distance Operator at Carolina Telephone and Telegraph Company LLC from June 1978 to August 1981, gaining valuable skills in communication and customer service.
