Prior to this role, James worked as a Process Engineer at Rocky Mount Water Resources, managing operations and regulatory compliance, and held positions as Plant Engineer at Amoco Fabrics and Fibers and Maintenance Foreman at Phillips 66, where expertise in maintenance, project management, and engineering was developed. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
