Dr. Raiff is located in Washington, DC. He is a nationally recognized expert in analyzing cartel matters. He works for defendants and plaintiffs. His work involves all facets of the litigation from early case assessment and opt out coalition building to expert testimony at trial. He has also performed a broad array of damage and liability analyses in a variety of antitrust and healthcare matters.

His work has covered a wide range of industries, including agriculture, automotive, biotechnology, energy, food service, healthcare, high technology, insurance, manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceutical and retail, among others.
