Julia Short holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Julia's professional experience includes roles such as Program Associate for the Empire Technology Prize at The Clean Fight, Research Associate and Research Fellow at AccountAbility, and Membership and Community Intern at The Conduit. Previous internships include Corporate Responsibility Intern at ALDI USA, Sustainability Intern at Trane Technologies, and Recycling Intern at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Julia also served as a Student Researcher at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, focusing on beneficial reuse methods for coal ash and presenting findings at various conferences.
