Kelly Merryman, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Finance & Operations at The Clean Fight, a climate tech organization, where responsibilities include scaling growth-stage startups and enhancing economic opportunities in New York State. Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions at the NoVo Foundation, including Chief Operating Officer, contributing significantly to the organization's growth from its inception. Kelly also played a pivotal role in operations at Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Island Properties, managing multimillion-dollar properties and supporting high-net-worth clients. Academically, Kelly holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Spanish from The Ohio State University.
