Phil Stevenson

Phil Stevenson is the Founding Partner and Responsible Broker at The Clear Creek Group, a position held since April 2004, where a focus is placed on representing real estate sellers and buyers in Jackson Hole, prioritizing integrity, excellence, and meaningful relationships, alongside client relations in the villa rental and caretaking divisions. Prior experience includes serving as Partner and Executive Vice President of Development at Carter from 1974 to 2004, during which the development group grew to rank among the top ten firms nationwide in terms of square feet under construction, and held the position of national President of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties in 1999. Phil Stevenson holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Economics from Yale University.
